Your Calibration Strategy: Darks, Flats, and Bias
Since your sensor does not suffer from amp glow and handles ultra-short exposures flawlessly, you should use Bias frames instead of Flat-Darks.
    • Dark Frames: Highly Recommended. Even though the IMX571 has incredibly low noise, cooled dark frames will perfectly map out and subtract any hot pixels and remaining thermal noise.
